Is my website working?

OK so your website has been launched into the world. You sit back and wait...but could you be doing more?
Often we are approached by business owners who are keen to know if their website is working. Well hopefully you are getting some tangible results whether it be sales, calls, leads or requests for information. However with a young site all this takes time.
This is when many people get caught up in the time swallowing activity of analysing their website...STOP!
OK, so don't stop completely but do choose your tools wisely (more on that later).
As a business owner it's easy to focus on tweaking your site and getting it technically perfect. Only to see that the same competitor is still dominating the search results.
It's essential that the basics are right but its equally important to utilise all of the marketing options available to you, both on and offline! This is when your website acts as a conversion tool rather than just lead generation.
